about me

Our time together will be authentic and collaborative.

About Me

I was born and raised in Portland, Oregon and love the PNW with all my heart. I can’t wait for the amazing summers, fall sweater weather and I love a good rainy day. I am a partner, daughter and mom of two awesome kids. I love when I have a chance to work with parents because I SEE YOU. I get how hard it is to hold all those roles and how important it is for you to have somewhere to breathe and be you. In my free time I love to read, hike in nature, spend time baking, and I tend to drink A LOT of tea. I like to laugh. I’m a curious and creative person that loves to learn.

My approach

I want you to feel comfortable being your whole self in our time together; all of you is welcome. My style is relational, empathetic and direct. I bring my sense of humor to our time and welcome yours. I’ll guide you in re-imagining your story while kicking out self-doubt.

I am a therapist, Licensed Clinical Social Worker and clinical supervisor in both Oregon (LCSW) and Washington (LICSW). I hold a Master in Social Work degree from Portland State University. I have extensive training in trauma focused modalities and attachment based techniques. I use narrative therapy to work with your story, family systems work, ego states (parts) and am an EMDR trained clinician. I balance non-directive and directive interventions and include somatic based and mindfulness approaches.
